Return Policy

Excess Product Returns

If you have Santore products in excess of what you require, we will accept those products for return for a small re-stocking fee, provided that all products are in their original, factory-sealed inner packaging, and they have not been damaged or exposed to extreme environments.

Malfunctions

If any Santore close proximity product fails under proper use, we will replace it or refund your purchase price. However, you must preserve all remnants of the failed product and return them to us for analysis before we will issue a credit for the product. Please contact us in this event, and we will arrange for return shipping for any explosive material at our expense.
